Our Services Include:
- Case Management – Coordinated care and resources tailored to your family’s needs and provided delivered in the home and community based on preference.
- Parent Peer Support – Guidance and encouragement from those who understand your journey
- Community-Based Therapy Services – Individual therapy delivered in the community or at home
- Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Groups – Skill-building and social support for youth age 12-17 years.
- Family Support Groups – Strengthening family connections and coping strategies, available to all parents affiliated with Beacon Services.
Our case managers and therapists are community-based, with office access when needed, ensuring flexibility and convenience for families. We also collaborate with schools and community partners to address truancy, coordinate System of Care meetings, and other challenges impacting youth well-being.
