Beacon Mental Health’s Employment Services are designed to help individuals achieve competitive, community-based jobs that align with their interests and goals. Our Employment Specialists provide personalized support every step of the way, including:
- Developing individualized job search plans
- Creating professional resumes
- Offering on-the-job coaching and ongoing support for success
We proudly use the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) model, an evidence-based approach proven to help people with serious mental illness find and maintain employment. IPS focuses on rapid job placement, integrated support, and long-term success.
Through our partnership with Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation, individuals receive additional resources and guidance from both their Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and Beacon Employment Specialist, ensuring a strong support system for achieving career goals.
