Kristin leads Beacon with a strategic vision focused on expanding access, improving outcomes, and fostering a culture of care.

Dr. Kristin Feeback brings over 23 years of experience as a distinguished operational and clinical leader in the behavioral health field. She most recently served as President and CEO of Commcare and Alternatives EAP, where she led transformative initiatives to strengthen mental health services across diverse metropolitan communities.

Throughout her career, Dr. Feeback has been recognized for her ability to build strong partnerships and lead strategic program development. Her expertise lies in turning under-resourced behavioral health programs into impactful, sustainable solutions that effectively address the needs of individuals and families. A licensed mental health professional, she holds a Doctorate in Psychology and is known for her deep commitment to community engagement, education, and system-level collaboration.

In addition to her executive leadership, Dr. Feeback actively contributes to several regional initiatives and coalitions. She currently serves on the Northland Coalition, the Recovery Coalition of Kansas City, Missouri, the 988 Steering Committee, and the Mobile Crisis Advisory Council. She is also a board member of the nonprofit Reasons 2 Believe and serves as Treasurer on the Board of the Mid-America Crisis Intervention Team (MACIT) Council.
